Looks like male anthers, also known as bananas.
Check for light leaks, but any stress can bring them on if genetically predisposed.
If it’s just a few, pluck them out, mist with a bit of plain water can help to minimize the spread of pollen.
You may end up with some seeds, but they probably won’t get very big since you’re so far along in the grow.

I took one calyx out and open it (foto). Only some mushy green staff no hard things and no seed.

Keep or trim the "popcorn" buds?I cannot provide any light to this area they to deep down the canopy, should i cut them. If yes, all at once?
The only thing i worry, if i cut the buds the plant get more power and will rise up in hight and grwoing to
