Definitely a bug.. likely spider mites or maybe thrips but usually that’s a bit different pattern on the leaf

They're spider mite bites. Nothing to do with fungal infection imao. But that can be quickly verified by urself any Fungi/wpm can be wiped off. Mite bites can't. But, again. I don't see fungi just mite / thrip marks you defo have a pest You can apply the same stuff below and apply sticky traps, using a spray bottle light mist your plant you should see any fine webs (make it hard for them to move about, remove and pull apart any leafs, nodes that are overlapping, will make it harder for them to move about. Check underneath your leafs any eggs they're mites. H202/neem soil spray 6% 1:5 ratio h202 r neem /water. Spray down your plant.. you can apply the h202 by pouring onto your sub. It'll kill any larva. (There is a lot more products that are less harmful to organics, as with h202 you've to be careful. Sinosad (nearly sure that's not the same, but, you get my drift) Sticky traps will be your friend.

Looks like the start of a fungal infestation like powdery mildew or botrytis. Lukewarm water with neem oil, hydrogen peroxide and a little dish soap. Spray the leaves once a week for a week or two and decrease the relative humidity levels if you can.
