They are fine :) It's what happens when the leave were younger some RO spray or drop of water or solution got onto the leaf and than the light got to it. You're fine. Looks also like a little phenotype irregularity which is totally normal. Most of my seedlings have looked like that at one time. Keep good breeze just barely jiggle every 15sec and make sure to let it dry out totally before watering again. And make sure the temps do not go over 84f. And lastly make sure that seedling doesn't go over appropriate LUX. Yes we all need a LUX meter :) LUX Seedling(s): 9-15k Veg: 15-25k Flower: 30-45k (I do 40k until the bud is fully formed than I do 45k) Do NOT go over 50k LUX while in Flower, what will happen is it will bleach your buds. Not good...

Older girl is max 2 weeks old, so how you can spray every two ?? Would not spray girls with anything except right ph water till week 3-4 of veg, then you can do prevention with neem, or other foliage boosting/feeding Now with state. Aftermath of overwatering, they have to have cycle wet/dry/wet/dry and etc. Keeping pot humid can play up with ph, o leave eoots without oxygen, then you have such look. Not a biggie, correct watering habits and they will thrive !

If you’re talking about the kind of striping on the leaves it’s a pretty common thing that shows up in seeds these days, arguably a mutation or something or the sort but not of much concern, will more than likely grow out of it when you hit aggressive veg

Stop spraying the plants with neem. The spots are likely left over residue, or where light has been magnified on leaves. Plus the neem will make the weed gross. Do not neem oil spray unless you have a present bug issue. That Is the issue. 👍🏻

Did you check the PH? Is the soil or tent too hot? Or water you are feeding maybe is too hot? If everything is perfect then leave it u will cut them anyway later or is genetic 😅
