doesn't look like a ca or mg issue, so adding more can potentially cause other issues.
Ratios are off and seeing a lot of conflicting things. the yellowing is intermittently at all levels and burnt tips. Also some dark possibly glossy leaves below, but that could be light/camera effect.
you are fairly deep into grow, so the original amendments aren't any signficiant portion of what the plant is using. you are essentially providing 100% of the building blocks.
use an online calculator and figure out the ppms you are providing with each fertigation. multiply by (frequency of fertigation / water-only irrigations) - remember PEMDAS. If it's >60-70 ppm for P or quite a bit above 200 for K, becomes more likely the cause... N shouldn't be higher than 120-130, and likely 100-110 for autos at this stage. These are rough estimates of what is maitained in a soilless context - or strive to maintain at all times. For obvious reasons don't use these numbers as literal translations. dividing frequency of fertigation by water only attemps to compare apples to apples. grams of solute added per week over time is the same thing, for the most part. one is in chunks with ebb and flow of concentration and one is a more consistent concentration (evaporation causes minor oscillation). law of conservation of mass applies either way.
