if pests usually the damage glistens with 'honeydew' around the edges. This doesn't seem to do that in the images. Also, this is an older, 'original' leaf near the bottom, right? These often don't look so pretty later on even if pretty to start. they are the first to be shed naturally by the plant. The spot in central portion of 2nd picture looks more like a dried up drip. So, i'd hold off to be certain. inspect under leaves for bugs -- use a magnifying glass or some strong reading glasses to help. I bet it neither spreads nor caused by bugs, so no reaction necessary. if you observe something different than that, then you can act with confidence. pyrethrines are a kill on contact spray that are effective with most pests you will find in an indoor garden. it also biodegrades very uickly. Do not spray anything on flowers, even if this is a shared characteristic.

Looks like it could be the start to WPM. a common cannabis fungus that infects plants and their leaves. Good Luck!
