Looks like the nutrition was originally too strong in soil based on dark green, and deformities.
You may also have a watering issue. I would add more course perlite when you transplant it In next substrate.

I'm having the exact issue. Leaves look deformed and wilted. I think I'm overwatering. Using coco, perlite and worm castings. I'm going to let them dry out a bit more before the next water and see if it helps.

Soil is too wet. Your roots need oxygen or they can't breathe and you get a plant that looks like yours.

Leaves "praying" after lowering the lampI am in week 4th of flowering Laughing Buddha, 220W LED ~60cm from tops. Today I have lowered the lamp and the leaves started "praying", on one (higher) plant the other, mostly-indica Holy Punch seems unaffected. I am curious, is there too much light or sweet spot and it's good?

Thoughts about light green leaves subtle light spots?Leaves are consistantly light green in color. 3 week old plant, upped nutrient strength to 420ppm a few days ago.
There are lighter spots on a few leaves, one is by my thumb in this photo. Others are visible. Does this look like a deficiency? pH is 6.
