What do you guys think, are my Royal Dwarf (Royal Queen Seeds) ready to harvest yet? I planted them almost exactly 12 weeks ago in the greenhouse. Also kinda worried about the brown stuff (marked it with a red arrow). What do you guys think?

Still 2 or 3, maybe even 4 weeks to go.........wait until there are at least 95-98% brownn pistils before harvesting.
Brown stuff looks like bud rot..........only way to deal with it is to cut it out.

The brown stuff is mold. You must check all your buds by pulling the sugar leaves , if it plugs off easily it means the bud is rotten inside at the stem.
2 solutions, the safest one is to harvest now. Or you can leave it longer but you will to check all your buds every other 2-3 days.

Harvest in 2 times, seeking advice, top big branch/buds first and then lowerNow 7 days from harvest. 3 plants with cloudy tricomes, no spottted ambar it's fine.
Is necessary to harvest in 2 times? Give a week more for the bottom "popcorn" buds and the third plant, shorter in shadow?
Should I cut whole largest branches entirely, or cut all at same height

Plant fell over 2 days ago - perhaps this calyx came in contact with the floor and removed the 'skin' of the calyx?
