Hey man. Special queen from RQS? Just wondering, the queen was my first grow in an apartment closet with an hps. Lol the room once hit 114°F. How time has slipped. Any how I've been and still get a bit overzealous and poke at things. Quite often have I dug up a seed or seedling whether inpatient or just find fun fuccing with stuff. I've experienced though nothing good has come of it. Moving the soil, even when careful, around the fragile thing damages it even if to your knowledge it looks unharmed. Not impossible though. By accident, spilled sunflower seeds in with a potted purple smoke tree (not a weed strain). Two sprouted and I wanted them so I carefully removed them and got them their own pot. Both are alive and well after a week. If you put back in soil just put the tap root first and keep the seed just barely exposed. Moist but it won't need alot of anything. And don't pack the soil. Good luck if you got some more seeds, pop em just in case.

i'm new here. when asking the question it split it and gave limited keywords. Hence it's like that. N yes, I understood the question when read it. For anyone else who would like to help. I can rewrite. I planted my seeds directly on the substrate. But, this morning I placed my pots on the balcony a few minutes later i checked and saw ants in the bottom of the soil. (They entered through the water holes in the bottom of cups). I took my seeds from the container and saw the top roots about 2 cm long. i did not touch the roots. I wanted to know if I had disrupted the seed knowing it was planted in the soil first and if it would kill seedlings. I appreciate all answers that are helpful and will not acknowledge or care for any rude answers. keep it to yourself thank you. I only allow positivity
