When i watered my ladies today, I noticed a ton of little white "worms" in the run off. After some research I'm pretty confident they're Springtails, as in closer inspection they had anthenas and jumped around like crazy. Are these benefitial or should i try and erradicate them?

springtaila decompose organic matter in the soil. they are a sign of good soil and they are very useful in a compost pile. If the population is concerning to you, then you can control them with some nematodes or soaps. I don't think they cause a massive issue in soil based grows. I'd leave em, they stay in the medium and will die out when it gets to dry. They feed on sugars as well so if your feeding any of that it is bloom their population. Good Luck!

Just a bit more info , they're defintely not thrips as last grow i dealt with them and they're nothing alike. They also lack the typical black spots. Couldn't get a pic as my camera is horrible, demonstared in the diary lol
