I dropped my fan on a very nice branch and it pretty much got ripped off of the main steam. it was being held by a small little portion of thin plant material. Is it worth it trying to save the branch considering its an auto in pre flower, or am I better off cutting it off? Cheer

hold it together andn wrap some tape around it. in a 2-3 days come back and take the tape off. the vascular tissue will fuse back together fairly well. the stem where it broke will be even stronger at that point than before. you may see some droopage the first day... you'll know quickly if it isn't healing.

You could put something on it to make contact between the constantly open wounds and try it. If it survives, great, and if it doesn't, then only that branch will die, and the plant will keep growing the other branches. I think you lose more by not trying than by trying. Good luck!

I broke a branch down to only hanging on by a little outer fiber and left it, just using some wire to hold it. I was amazed at how well the branch did with such little remaining contact. Like nothing happened.

If the branch is very loose, there's no point in trying to reattach it. I only hold a branch with adhesive tape when it's a bit broken, but not detached from the main stem.

Something to use for splints and some tape are well worth trying. You'll know in 7-10 days if it will work. Wishing you luck.

If the branch is still connected to the main steam you can try to fix it with duct tape or anything similar make sure you support it not to fall and she will be fine 🍻
