looks extra stretchy, which can make it floppy. if any slime at base, it could be from damping off. in this case the substrate was too wet and microbes got a foothold. the slime would be a biofilm.

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. What am I missing here? My autos are way behind in growth I guess They are into the 4th week after germination. I see my plants are way behind. Blueberry auto and other one is GSC auto. Grow conditions Temp - 30'c, RH - 70% + , Light - High intensity 8H day and Outdoor. Soil and no perlite and it shows moisture wet + in the reading.

Forced pruning 1 week later after damaged branch. Did I do wrong?.Hi, last week branch was damaged and shaking. I stood it up with tape and wire support. Tall seedlings I started with lamp on 80cm, on day 3-4-5, so the stems were growing very tall. I decided to rapidly hang the lamp much closer (40cm on day 6-7). They start "buffing up" now, but 2 of 3 really fell down so i had to start supporting them. Hopefully I made the right choice?
