The plant wilted after transplanting not sure what might have caused the bends at the base of the stem.

looks extra stretchy, which can make it floppy.
if any slime at base, it could be from damping off. in this case the substrate was too wet and microbes got a foothold. the slime would be a biofilm.

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.2y ago

Damping off or stress?It was laying flat when i woke up. I have been using domes untill yesterday and I thought it was because of the fan first. I put some soil around the stem but didn't help. Toothpicks are holding it now.
Looked deeper and I didn't see a thinner stem nor a dent.Week 1

¿¿Que debería hacerle a la planta ??Le están saliendo tallos por abajo pero no les da la luz porque la planta tiene cuatro hojas grandes que tapan toda la planta.
¿ creéis que debería quitar las 4 hojas y abrir la planta por abajo o cortar los tallos de abajo y centrarme solo en la parte de arriba ? Le hice FIM

What am I doing wrong? I thought I had a handle on tis.Can someone tell me what is wrong with my plant?
It used to droop badly but I fixed that (underwatering) and the plant looks a lot better.
Stalk was weak so I switched to "Veg" (mostly blue light) mode.
I also added proper nutrients which are helping even more.
