Auto's can repotting but it will risk for stress. I would do in a solo cup for a week or two if i want to do this method. or I just germinating into soil in her forever pot atleast 75W light for veg stage. flowering will need atleast 100W. fullsprectum LED is the one I get for first time Your plant look like she got overwatering or root rot to me

Bad genetics, not all seeds make it and I would cut my losses and start again personally. It is highly unlikely that this seedling will ever be anything worthwhile. Always plant more seeds than you think you will need and then select only the healthiest and strongest seedlings to continue with.

Nutrition is too strong and too much water. More perlite is needed like 30 percent perlite. Plus transplant shock. This plant doesn't look good and will likely not make it.

Looks like she’s been struggling to absorb water, was the previous pot waterlogged? id cut a little plastic bottle to create a dome and spray the walls of the bottle (inside) and cover her up for a few days, she WILL recover
