Can you grow weed in fall/ winter without a dehumidifier? Ice only grown weed a few years ago in summer time, when humidity was no problem. In fall/winter time it is very humid in my country, atleast 60% is it possible to grow without mold growing everywhere? Thanks in advance

It can be done, it all depends on proper ventilation. Make sure to have the minimum recommended air flow CFM "cubic feet per minute " in whichever size tent your growing in. Or do your own calculations depending on how big your area is. Plenty of air flow will help, but genetics also plays a pivotal role. Chose proper genetics that's grow in higher humidity regions. But to be safe, it's best to get one. I can tell you from personal experience many don't do what they say they'll do and are over priced. The cheapest one that will do a entire home is amazon and called HANSABENNE 30 pints dehumidifier. You want to do the lung room, which is the room the tent is in. Then that air is sucked into the tent thus having low humidity. I bought cheaper smaller ones that didn't work at all. This one was like 0 and keeps my whole dang house at any level humidity I want. It works perfectly. Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest. I would appreciate it so very much. Goodluck growmie 🙏

I agree to my fellow growmies, iam using purolyt to prime my plants, so they get strong immune system and no mold appear , but yu have to stay under 65 RH at least, and you may have very good ventilation / heating depends in your conditions, look for recommended VPD i made some runs in winter in my vault attic, and it was so hard, then i go a biig dehumifidier, and outine fan, ventilations and a heater most time i have to juggle what is on the heater or the dehumifidier. this witer iam having acontrol system called " growcontrol" my lights, the dehumifidier, the heating and the outline fan are connected, and i can install my desired conditions- ask me next springtime but in common iam having high humidity in summer because of the dewpoint of the vaulted cellar ( 1meter sandstone walls into the ground)

Growing weed in fall/winter without a dehumidifier can be challenging due to higher humidity levels, increasing the risk of mold. To mitigate this, focus on proper ventilation, air circulation, and ensuring your grow space has adequate temperature control. Choose strains that are more resistant to mold, and monitor humidity levels closely. If possible, use moisture-absorbing materials in your grow space. While a dehumidifier would be beneficial, diligent environmental control and strain selection can help you manage mold risks during the fall/winter seasons.
