Wet trim and get the kief?

Is it worth it to pause the drying process and wet trim? I am mostly asking this since I read it's easier to wet trim and I can hopefully extract some kief from the sugar leaves with a grinder in the process. What are your thoughts, leave it as is, or get that kief?

For as little as you have I wouldn't. You want to keep them like they are to protect the buds during the dry. This will ensure the most terpenes once cured. Now if you had 3 or 4 pounds and each bud was massive then yes. Most do a light wet trim to keep from any mold or bud rot during the dry. Also to save on the dry trim. I wouldn't do it thought. Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest I would really appreciate it growmie 🙏

Despite everyone telling me not to bother I did it anyway because I was bored. It's such a small grow I feel like its best use is to fuck around and see how things work. Next time I'll definitely trim the fan leaves only and try a dry cure since the sugar leaves yielded pretty much nothing of value in these small amounts. Although I gotta say I like how wet trim bud looks. Note: wear gloves next time!

I wouldn't just because there really isn't much to it and besides it helps to ensure you get an even dry. It does help but looking at what your drying your in the clear brother.

I personally trim off the big fan leaves and leave the rest for when its dried. I think its really up to you, try it and if you think its not worth it, dont do it next time. Maybe its awesome tho
