Question about pot sizes

Hi all! First time grower here, I was wondering what's the farthest I can push my plants in their current 1 gallon containers. I am finishing in 7 gallon pots and flowering at week 7 (8 max) I want to avoid being overly rootbound in their final pots.

the more room for the roots the better your harvest will be. in one gallon you could go about 6 weeks in veg with comfort, 7 weeks roots are getting bigger and taking up more room, you are at 3 going on 4, i would transplant in to the 7 gallons at about 5-6 and you will have room in the 7 gal for longer veg if you wanted to go 8 plus weeks. once you go in to flower in the 7 gals you should get a great harvest but that all depends on how long you veg and how big you want her

You could push them all the way to the end, but they definitely would get root bound. I would transplant asap. They are able to handle the bigger pots now and the sooner you do it, the easier it will be on the plants.

Another week maximum, and even a week i don't know because they seem a couple days away from being transplant viable.
