From the pictures you provided, it looks like you have bugs chewing up your plants. Spider mites do similar damage, as do aphids.
Check the undersides of your leaves for any visible mites or eggs. Or any little flies flying around your space. Mites look like tiny black or brown spec's on the undersides of your leaves, and the eggs have a round somewhat clear appearance. If in fact you do have an infestation, up your humidity to 65 to 75% in your space. Get some air blowing on those plants via a oscillating fan. and try to cool down your space to low 70's. The idea is to make the environment unpleasant for them.
Those steps will slow them down. After that you might want to consider a few options like lady bugs or predator mites. But if you go that route you can't spray anything on them after that.
You can use a soapy water solution to spray your plants and that will kill any mites that are on the plant, but it won't kill the eggs so you'll need to hit them with soapy water every 3 days for 2 weeks straight. Mite eggs hatch about 3 days after they are laid. So, a every 3 day regiment will get them if you are consistent.
Pyrethrin foggers work well too.
I have not had an issue with bugs for more than 20 years. I've been through it from introducing infected clones and it's a nightmare when you are growing illegally and on a large scale. I don't screw around anymore. Always keep your shit clean and never walk into your garden from being outside.
Before you take those steps you need to be certain of whats going on.
