Of course, but quarter to half strength is usually plenty strong enough, but don't start until there are at least 6-8 nodes.

Flipping through light cycles like a maniac. Will there be consequences?Due to logistics, I have had to grow 1 seedling and all my current clones starting with 18/6 light cycle, then had to go to 24/0. Now it would be needed to flip back to 18/6.
