What could be causing the tearing and holes in my plant? It’s growing very well, the water is ph 6.0, temp has been 68-80F, humidity is 63%. I have my exhaust on pushing air outside and fans circulating air. It started pretty soon after the seed popped. Mainly effecting one plant

I've had plants with torn or shredded looking leaf section before. It's a bit of a mystery. Sometimes when i lift my fabric pots by their handles a leaf will get pinched and ripped or damaged in some way. Twisted and retarded growth is usually Boron deficiency but that tends to be in new growth. It's likely that you have a bug on your plant somewhere. If you can remove the plant from the grow space, take it out and bring it somewhere where you can be comfortable, and take your time to looks carefully at the plant, especially the undersides of the leaves because thats where bugs will tend to reside. If you don't find a bug on it, then take another plant out and check it. I'm sure there's a bug somewhere that's eating them. The damage is pretty minor though so i wouldn't panic. It appears to be a bigger bug, which is good. It will be easier to spot and eliminate. When you have spider mites or thrips or aphids it's a different story. Keep a close eye on them if you don't find any bugs. It's possible that the bug died, or left the space. In the future, don't come in from outside and go right to your garden. Especially keep your shoes you wore outside away from your garden. If you were laying on the grass in the park or your back yard, it's likely bugs are on your clothes and are hitching a ride so be careful! Change clothes if you can't wait a few hours before going in to work in your garden.

If the holes randomly appear on already grown leaves it should be a bug. If damages like this are the result of nutrient problems, they usually, like others said, happen on new leaves and will not have "holes" like in picture 1.

Wow thank you! I am leaning towards a bug and will do a minor clean up in the tent since it’s pretty clean and inspect it closely to see if I can find it or them. Thank you!

Hey Growmie, With that many holes in your plant, there is no question that you have some bug eating on your plant. As @AutoflowersSuck said things like this can happen sometimes from handling the plant, but this is happening even in areas that wouldn't be damaged from handling. You need to identify the pest so that you can figure out what steps are needed to eliminate it from your garden.
