When to properly transplant from an Solo Cup? (no auto) How much fully developed leaf pairs do you prefer or what is your favourite plant size to transplant from a Solo Cup (the red ones from my current Diary).

I go by the width of the plant. It naturally wants to stay upright and to do that they have to balance their weight and stay over their center of gravity. Their canopy sort of mimics the reach of their roots underground. Once the tips of the biggest leaves reach the edge of the cup, I would transfer.

Cups only have enough root room for proper development for about 4-10 days maximum.
