how to get the plant more bushy?

Are there any tips how to get the plant more bushy? I'm going to LST the new branches in a couple of days and I plan to defoliating the bottom leafs. Anything else I have to take care of? See current report and thanks in advance.

Defoliating will harm your plant and not help with making it bushy, just the opposite in fact. More leaves = more energy being made = more growth. Less leaves = less energy being made = less growth. "Tip pruning" if you are growing a photoperiod plant may help, but if you are growing autos, just use LST and let the plant do its thing. Good lighting and proper care is the best thing you can do for your plant, there are no magic techniques or short cuts that will turn a normal plant into a "super" plant.

Why does everyone want to defoliate so badly lol. Seems like you have your other bases covered so I’ll just speak to the defoliation. I wouldn’t defoliate unless a plant is very dense and causing rh issues, or very selectively otherwise. Also, lollipopping, I get. The leaves are the power of the plant. Removing a bunch of them just makes the plant growing that much harder. Good luck

I was told for many years that topping autos is bad because it would cause a stop in the grow but now I have accidentally topped one and she’s turns out as a monster, I’m currently running 5autos from 3 different strains but none is as big as the one I accidentally topped in my old auto beans3 diary,I’m going to need to install support to hold the branches up So the best advice is to experiment with every bit info you can find on breeding cannabis and filter out what works best for you ( every setting has its pro and cons so some stuff will work in your setting and some will never work)and cut what is bro science to you, And every fuckup is a lesson in the end 😅

by topping the new nodes as they develop the plant will reamain bushy also light distance will dictate the plants height Avoid defol until they are well into flowering and only remove what is needed
