DaveG answered grow question 5 minutes ago I would wait for a few days more, eventually 1 week, to check for more amber trychomes. Check every day. If 10-20% are amber, then 12-24hrs darkness, then cut it. That's it, what i would do.

You can cut now, or wait for a bit more amber trichomes if you like the sedative effect. > Give her 48 hour darkness Bad idea. Too long darkness and the plant start to shrink. Just the last 12 hour night is enough: cut in the dark before "dawn", leave the plant and/or branches to stand for half an hour until the sap has set and then you can expose them to the light to work on them.
