I use a 500Watt Master Pursuit by Growers Choice. If your going to use the CMH then get the 3KR bulb for flowering. It high in red spectrum and is made for flowering stage. To be honest the LEC/CMH lamps do good for flowering with a 3KR bulb but HID will still give bigger yields. But with LEC/CMH you get less heat, more trichromes production, more flavor terps, more color from your plants if it's in the Genetics, and a better product for pressing rosin. If you want yield over everything HID is better. If you want less heat, more Flavor /taste, bag appeal, and for rosin presses, LEC/CMH is the way to go. I'd also like to say LED gives the the most dense highest THC count. But the light penetration only goes thru the canopy about 12 inches.
