CFL 150w
you should go between 8cm and 15cm from top seedlings.
And go as close as possible without burning the plants during the veg and flowering periods.
CFLs don't put out a lot off lux to far away so this causes people to have them very close to top off plants.
And if it's a rapid growing plant like most Autoflowering marijuana you need to monitor daily. Not to find burned you top buds.
( not a fan of CFLs )

Your light should come with recommended height distances but generally with cfls they need to be very close like 2-6 inches. Seedling stage have it abit further away than you think and when it's flowering have them right in super close. 🌱👍

Does anyone have experience with colas that have been severely light deprived, yet still have trichs?My ghost nug grew up on the side of the tent blocked from light. She has trichs, looks super light yellow (see pics). My question is, wouldn't this be desirable? Less chlorophyll to wait on before smoking? Has anyone tried to maybe light deprive parts of their colas?

Pre run test showing high temp and low humidity,Hello,I have pre run to test the temps and humidity on my first one ,i run a 600w hps in a 1x1x2 tent with 5 inch rvksileo extract my temps at at 35c and my humidity below 30 despite setting for 55% would a test without a plant be false ? Leaves "praying" after lowering the lampI am in week 4th of flowering Laughing Buddha, 220W LED ~60cm from tops. Today I have lowered the lamp and the leaves started "praying", on one (higher) plant the other, mostly-indica Holy Punch seems unaffected.
