Hello growers! I'm experiencing some small yellow spots on couple of leaves nothing major. I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my watering, basically I'm giving the plants nutrients every time I'm watering them. Am I wrong?

Hello there. I'm also a dirt farmer that is using the GHE series. I looked at the pictures and then looked at your nutrient dosing. If those numbers are correct, this is way, way too much. It's ok to dabble with the schedule and customize it to your needs, but in week four of veg, these numbers need to drop and quick. GHE's 'Drain to Waste' Program (soil) only recommends a 5-5-2.5 (micro-gro-bloom). Again, I'm only basing this on the posted numbers and you may not actually be dosing her like this. But if you are running this high of a N/K supplementation, this explains everything. Your leaves are very dark green (excess Nitrogen and Nitrogen toxicity) and that's one of the first signs they're getting over fed. Regardless of whether or not the #'s posted are accurate, she is experiencing an over feeding and toxicity and does need a balanced tap flush...probably a couple, with heavy run-off (30%+) to wash away everything sitting in the soil right now. This will probably piss her off and she will be stunted for a bit, you will lose some time, but she will survive. If you have a TDS pen to read your ppm's, I suggest continuously testing the RO and making sure your numbers are dropping to more adequate levels (500-1200ish (rough)). I wish you luck in the coming days my friend. If you need anything else, please drop me a line in PM.šŸ‘

Your dosages are too high. She's receiving more nitrogen than she needs and why she's going plasticky and dark green. You will need to flush her to get her back on track and lower your grow nutes. šŸŒ±šŸ‘šŸ˜‰

yes u are feeding to much do a feed with just water inbetween feeding with nutrients thats why its so dark green too much n buddy i would just give her water for the next few feeds then start a water feed water feed schedule if shes still too dark and dosnt seem to be growing do a water water feed schedule soil holds onto nutrients more than any other media and normally contains enough nutrients for the first few week in veg

Hi HueyBrown Nothing major happening. I think it is probably from those big water drops on the leaves they act as magnifying glass when the stay on the leaves for to long under the lights. Because your plant looks overall healthy. Solution-try watering Just before lights go out. Normal- If It is only some light spots on lower leaves it's normal. They are not receiving enough light and will die of slowly. And look out if symptoms spread. If you need more help contact me in Personal Message. Hope this helps. Good luck with your grow.
