Hello there.
I'm also a dirt farmer that is using the GHE series. I looked at the pictures and then looked at your nutrient dosing. If those numbers are correct, this is way, way too much. It's ok to dabble with the schedule and customize it to your needs, but in week four of veg, these numbers need to drop and quick. GHE's 'Drain to Waste' Program (soil) only recommends a 5-5-2.5 (micro-gro-bloom). Again, I'm only basing this on the posted numbers and you may not actually be dosing her like this. But if you are running this high of a N/K supplementation, this explains everything. Your leaves are very dark green (excess Nitrogen and Nitrogen toxicity) and that's one of the first signs they're getting over fed.
Regardless of whether or not the #'s posted are accurate, she is experiencing an over feeding and toxicity and does need a balanced tap flush...probably a couple, with heavy run-off (30%+) to wash away everything sitting in the soil right now. This will probably piss her off and she will be stunted for a bit, you will lose some time, but she will survive. If you have a TDS pen to read your ppm's, I suggest continuously testing the RO and making sure your numbers are dropping to more adequate levels (500-1200ish (rough)).
I wish you luck in the coming days my friend. If you need anything else, please drop me a line in PM.š
