From one photo hard to guess, but if soil similar look you can get :
Too low ph and humidity, just a bit.
Overfeed with nitrogen and
Either magnesium issues, or even potash , or both.

Yes, this looks like a nutrient deficiancy. I just cant say what is missing. You might want to try a different bottle of nutrients. Harvest is some weeks away.

Certainly over fed, but damage looks like an insect problem to me, either aphids or thrips or spider mites.
