Go to the week that you want to change. Click on the 3 dots on the right side on the top of the screen. Choose edit week. Now you will be able to change everything from this week.

i would worry about nitrogen toxicity more, than any diary now. you pushed them too much. slow down.
and yes, you can edit week, number, type.
