For your first go well done so far 👏 I would suggest to give them a defoliation any leaves facing into the plant take them off. Then give her a good few weeks of no training for her to recover. What is your environment like? The better your environment the less time they will take to recover 👍🏼

Hi The_Big_Legrowski91 It's normal to make adjustments to the ties every day or two no problem. They seem to be doing well with no problems in sight. Eventually you'll need the flowering additives to make the flowers fatten a bit more so that you get better harvest. Biobizz has what you're looking for since you're using their soil. 20-30g/ plant would be very optimal given they are growing under 100W but I'm guessing you'll need something else besides good soil.

Great looking plants mate , yeah keep on doing what your doing the health and strain will determine its resistance to LST training, I find the earlier you start the easier it is to get them the shape you want and bush out to fill the space, you can easily get 90-100 grams of high quality flower with correct training and vegging for longer periods of time.

Yeah mate your fine doing what you are. Just small adjustments every few days as not to over stress her out. If you have a decent height in your tent then you don't have to keep them that low. Good luck.

With 200cm in height you shouldn't bother with LST and just let the plants grow a big fat main colas and few secondary stems in SOG imho. Have a look at grower like "Leonweed10" or my latest diaries as well. With a 100x100x200 you can easily grow 16plants 4x4 6l pots or at least 9plants 3x3 9-11l pots in sog wich should significantly improve you gr/w/m²/week spent veg + flo Yeah you can make small adjustement every day or two but beware of cracking a stem. If your doing well you can expect 400 500 gr/m², divide with the number of plant: 16 plants =>25 32gr / plants 9 plants => 44 55gr / plants would be what you want to reach if your doing thing well

Looks everything perfect. As long you dont break something there shouldnt be a problem. If you're patient enough you can expect ez 80g+ In case you dont over or under Feed her. But as far I can see they are really beautiful 💪 good luck anyways
