You have pistils at terminals, so yea, it's been in flower for 10-14 days, probably. That stuff doesn't manifest over night. If it's an autoflower it's always a guess as to when it started inside the plant. Can only guesstimate based on when you see terminal buds and preflowers. maybe 7-10 days before you see a "preflower" but that'll have some potential error.. some genetic freak auto might form the preflowers in vege phase but i bet it's rare if it can happen at all.
