Can I transplant my plants grown in coconut into pre-fertilized soil?

I have a led tent grow that has nutritional issues and I can't fix it. I was thinking of planting my plant in pre-fertilized soil, could this cause any problems or am I just doing them good? they are currently in a 12-liter coco, I would plant them in a 39-liter pllagron batmix.

I wouldn't use a premix thinking it's going to "fix" any issues... premixes typically cause another set of problems of their own and they're usually harder to fix. Looking at the photos you included, I'm not really sure what issue you think you got....the very slight yellowing on the leaf tips or the purple veins on the back of older leaves. Regardless neither are worth chasing after, your plants look pretty good and I would continue with whatever you are doing. If the leaf tips get worse maybe monitor your pH a little more closely or dial back your EC a hair, but again it's not that bad....pretty good really.

Ist would be nice to know about pH and ec. Which Nutrients? I think you are out of the pH range in the Medium. Can you measure the pH from the rinseout ? I wouldn‘t repot 12L coco in soil.
