Pale upper leaves - what is it?

Overnight the top leaves of 2 plants went slightly pale, so assuming not nitro deficiency. Growing in Coco veg week 5. I just upped my light intensity but not much, and I did erroneously flush 2 days ago with pure water but gave a good feeding the next morning with normal nutes

Firstly, what is showing in the leaves now, is a direct reflection of what was happening in the root zone 10-14 days ago. Problems with new growth are generally attributed to a problem with micro nutrients, also known as immobile nutrients, such as iron, zinc, copper etc. NPK are macro nutrient or mobile nutrients. Problems with NPK start at the bottom first then progrss up the plant. Since NPK are mobile, the plant can use them wherever they are needed, such as at the new top growth. Flushing and small differences in lighting won't show any effects within a day or two. So, I would say, this plant is suffering from a deficiency of trace elements or micro nutrients. This is easily solved by givinga dose or three of a soluble trace element/trace mineral mix. These are available at any decent garden centre. Since you are growing in coco, I would presume you are using a cal/mag supplement? If so, upping the dose slightly may help, it could also be the first signs of a magnesium deficiency. Either way, giving some trace elements won't be bad, only beneficial.

Probably from the flush. If it doesn't improve in a day or two you might have overdone it with the light.

possibly the light adjustment. If it was "right" before it's too intense now ... other things that will occur will be increasingly tighter growth nodes at top compared to before... so you can kinda verify if this is the cause over a few days or a week. too much p or k can also cause light green new growth. The flush might have stripped out nutes it needed. If that's the case, normal fertigation will slowly make it greener over the next few days. As always, tehre are mutlple potential causes to waht you see. Be as patient as you can be to allow it to more clearly identify itself, when possible. Don't try to fix all 3 at once. Either wait and see for more evidence or try one at a time with you best guess --you have more info than what was given here.. use that deductive logic and pick the most likely one. if it's not progressing quickly, you can be patient. If you see color coming back, it's already trending the right way.
