Shifting my light schedule by ~2hrs during week 7 of flower?My lights turn on at 10:30am, and I want to move it to 9AM (for work), is this safe to do during week 7 of flower? I want to move it 30minutes each day, keeping the total dark period consistent during the transition. I have two week to do it. Experienced growers appreciated.

Lightcycle interupted I forgot to turn the lights of this morning at 8am. I noticed this fault at 5pm and imediatly turned them off. Should i just let them sleep 3hours and continue theIr normal cycle bu turning the light back on at 8pm, or let them sleep 12hours?
