To me, these look like the symptoms of a plant that is growing in soil that is constantly too wet.
6.6 pH in soil is absolutely ok.
No need to "flush", just get a proper wet/dry cycle happening and maybe increase your dosage of "grow" fertilizers slightly.
The best way to water is to wet the entire pot until some water comes out the bottom of the pot and then to not water again until the top 3-5 cm of the soil are completely dry again.
Never water to a schedule, like every second day "just because", waiting until the pot starts drying out is essential.
You may have to change the lighting to 12/12 to initiate flowering, this plant may have missed the genes to make it flower automatically......nature can be weird and a bit random at times!
