If this data s correct. 24c is fine for temps and that's not the issue. anything over 27-28C is not ideal
I don't normally see users putting Clorox into their water, I've read about peroxide or hydro-guard so maybe this is contributing to it.
Lighting distance for your lights if the next question. The diary lists the lights as Spiderfarmer sf-1000 however the lights in your photos are Migro pro aray. Double check their PPFD maps and if they are to close or on for to long with regards to your DLI.
And calibrate your meters for PH and EC to confirm they are registering the inputs correctly.
I'd also say try and bring your PH up to aorund 6.2 so when it does drift down its not going into the danger zone as much if they fluctuating a lot.
I had a grow in peatmoss and it would not stop dropping down to 5.5, I even PH'd my water going in aorund 7.5-8. Something was buggered in the medium but it got to the end with lots of PH up.
