leaf monster - very high leaf to bud ratio.. could be genetics.. might be environmental... look into guesstimated DLI from your light specs (read wiki on daily light integral). if it's not lower 20's, it's genetics.
some plants just do it... these are a pita to trim and take a lot more time/effort to do it.
remember, you can never polish a turd. if you give good light and keep the plant healthy, the results are mostly dictated by genetics at that point... as long as we don't step on our own dicks/flaps. beyond that, what we do has very little effect despite any feelings of hubris otherwise. but all the gimmicks and 'bud boosters' and "flavor enhancers" you want, lol..

Yes. She is just trying to flower with available resources. It might be too warm though 82F⁰ is tops on temp without additional equipment. Looks like she wants more potassium as well.

Do I just hose it off and proceed as normal? Or hose it off and give to my most leechy smoking friend?Looks like mould, but I'm guessing spider mites.
I tried the 3 days of dark, pulled it out of the cupboard and it had this big clump on it. There was the odd spider mite before the cupboard.
Basically just wondering if I'll die sooner if I try and clean it up and smoke it???
