This plant just started week 8 of flower 12/12. But, it started flowering in the last few weeks of veg in the garage 18/6.

Cute pup. That’s not normal to start flowering under 18/6.
I’d let it go full 8 weeks tho assuming you’re saying you’re at day 50 of flower (beginning of week 8). Personally I’d go to day 56, maybe 60 max and pull her.

I see a lot of crystal clear trichomes.
They should be all white with one or another amber. Check again next week and post more pics.
If you'd like you can leave the plant in 48-72h darkness as it will help mature faster.
Don't have any scientific report to prove this but I've done with and without and the stickiness is more impressive with the full darkness days before harvest.

Trichrome looks clear to milky, i would wait 2-3 weeks more at least.

White/green thing appearing in middle of bud?Buds are getting close to harvest. Just noticed a white thing right in the middle of one of the buds. Any idea what it is? It seems hard to the touch. Is it part of the plant/stem? Is it a seed? (do autos even make seeds?) Is it rot/something from a bug?

Getting better yields from small plantsShe's well into flower but in my opinion, she's too short for it. What can I do to make the flowering process go as well as possible considering her short 15cm stature?
The side nodes are barely 5cm tall and are already flowering. With no new leaves growing it might get rough.

Bud rot! Should I harvest early?I wasn’t finding any mold or mildew except a few leaves until today. Had about 4days of rain and now there’s a bit of rot in every large bud it seems like. About 10 days of sun coming up now, so should I just cut the rot out and wait 1-2 weeks? Or chop now and make hash?

Strange looking budsOne of my plants is starting to flower like the other 7 in the grow tent, but its buds look different. Instead of lots of white hairs, there are only some white hairs and what appears to be more vegetative growth coming out of the bud sites. Anyone recognize this? See photos.
