it looks like foxtailing, some genes varieties out there that this is normal but since 2 out of 3. its under some stress.
is the light to close are the temps to high?
Is it only on the tops like in the pics? I think you're dealing with foxtailing instead of a reveg. Early reveg leaves can look weird like that but you don't usually see trichomes on them, usually they have a glossy/waxy look to them. Those look more like sugar leaves on a foxtail that's dealing with heat stress IMO.
