Neem works well when mixed right and applied right. But it is also toxic to the plant and likely toxic to smoke. Plus tastse horrible. Never spay a plant in flowering is my rule of thumb. Vegging sure. Just do during night cycle. I also don't spray unless I confirm a issue. I never used anything else. I won't put a pesticide on my plants I will consume. Only neem oil in vegging stage.

This is a "systemic" effect... i'd be wary of it... fine for some flower you look at but may not one you smoke or otherwise ingest and get into your bloodstream. It absorbs into the plant as opposed to an oil-base product like neem that forms a little protective film on the plant - that the marketing on evios seems to think is dangerous, but doesn't harm the plant unless you coat the shit out of it and clog up the stomata, which would be extreme and unusual - and also user-error to do something that catastrophic, lol. https://opticfoliar.ca/evios-2/ https://opticfoliar.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Evios-1.pdf from the pesticide report you can google the ingredients, here is one.... "Captan is low in toxicity if it is put on the skin or inhaled.3 Exposure to captan may cause irritation of the skin and respiratory system.9 Captan can cause some skin sensitivity.2" Looks like it's antifungal as well as anti-pest? Captan is an antifungal. My 2 cents -- there are ways to accomplish the same goal with out any risk, even if it is just low-risk uncertainty, which is the case here. This has been used on food crops, but you are told to wash it off, lol. There's no washing it off the buds you smoke or vape after extraction. It does breakdown fast, so that's good. the fact that they say it absorbs into the plant and continues to work is what i don't like abou it... systemic stuff is more dangerous. Look up "Eagle20", i believe was the product name.. bunch of growers used to use that shit.. probably gave a bunch of people cancer with their retarded ignorance and incredulity. Keep a clean area.. shouldn't see many pests. Switch to soilless, lol. Neem doesn't do much either, for that matter. There's no truly safe chemical pesticide, if it is effective... it's kind of a contradiction of it's function, lol... it's made to kill living things...generally that comes with other side effects for other species. if oyu have consistent problems, then take the risk.. I've never had a problem with pests except when i do clone swaps. I've had thrips and from a clone swap. Outside of those 2 incidents (once gnats), i've yet to have any problem that originated in my home. ... Gnats come in the substrate occasionally. Any larva that can slip in that way from the store can be controlled with Bti (name brand mosquity bits by Summit is one option). this has been used on the worlds food crops for 100 years? if not damn close. it's a safe bacteria.
