Hey, i would start over, that plant is only going to yield a couple grams. It appears that you have been too careful with giving her water and nutrients, thats why she stayed small. Always irrigate the whole substrate not just close to the plant. In coco you need to fertigate, meaning feeding and ph adjusting with every watering. Coco barely has any nutrients and cant regulate its ph by its own.

Start a new cycle with photoperiod fems and forget about growing autos would be my advice.

I also got a bad round this year that looked like this. Get rid of it and start again. You won't get anything useful out of it. I'm Sorry :/
