I'm sorry I have little to no knowledge of Celsius, I'm so used to farenheight.
Chlorophyll starts to degrade below 67, growth will be negatively effected below 67 (should never happen unless you are trying to purple or your flowers are finished and your focus switches to ripening.
Once flowering period starts it is akin to starting a countdown. The plant starts new hormonal stages, with each stage building on the one before, pre-flower, stretch, budding , fattening, ripening etc. If development is slow it can only do what it can with what it made.
Growth will still occur.
Optimal photosynthesis occurs at a leaf temperature of 86, but keep in mind trichomes degrade above 87.
Terpenes and flavinoids can start to slowly degrade above 67.
Maganese has serious trouble uptaking through root system below 64
Which really messes with bud formation.
Try get top of canopy to 86 and hold it there, aim for ambient 82- raise light source to reach canopy 86 or there abouts, this will maximize photosynthesis from there on.
Just keep an eye for the usual suspects on heat stress. Good luck
