Oh mate. You may have the cannafeds knocking on your door for Murder.. Its f.....now You never do that. And you're putting it in with water and practically holding her face under it. Water needs active o2 blow into it. The roots will drink the water. Anyways I'm not going into the process. If you're doing that..I suggest u do 101s on cannabis plants. There's no fixing this in 1 short answer. If u want. I can help u. I'm helping a lot from the past few weeks. So I don't hv loads of time. But can share 101 links with u. And ask a Q before doing. Well by cutting her of you ruined everything. She was way too big to survive this, because she evaporates too much water from her leaves, while not having roots yet. And you don't usually make cuts from autos, they don't really wait. Whenever you overwater again, just the plant dry out. With time you'll know how much they can take.

Why your water has such strange color? One could still save the plant, but I doubt it worth it. Your plant was fine not so long ago, it was lacking some light, but that was it. What exactly did you do?
