To ensure proper air circulation, avoid covering the plant. Create small holes in the soil around the base of the plant, approximately 1.5cm from the center, using a toothpick or pencil to facilitate airflow in the large pot. Aid drainage and moisture extraction by adding newspapers or paper towels.
During the early stages of growth, reducing nutrient intake is crucial to prevent stunted root development.
Give the plant some time to recover by minimizing nutrient application and allowing both roots and foliage to breathe freely.

I would also let your soil dry a little bit. Unless you just watered your soil shouldn't appear to be soggy.

What is causing my leaves to turn dark and dry?I'm growing 3 Gelato #33 plants in a DWC 5 G bucket setup. Same conditions for all 3 plants, but one of them is experiencing dark spots on the leaves and now they are beginning to shrivel up and dry out. The newer growth looks okay, but might not last long. What can I do ?

What is causing this on the leaves? I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Is it possible the heat and humidity are too high? Humidity up to 77% and can't seem to get her down sometimes. Heat is around 27/30 degrees during light hrs. Did I fuck up the transplant or grow conditions?

When growing different strains in a RDWC system how do you balance plants with different nutrient needs. My amnesia auto ran into a major cal-mag issue and now is experiencing nitrogen toxicity, while my feminized Jack Herer's are largely unaffected. Thanks for the advice.Week 7

Cal-mag issue that won't go awayI keep getting a cal-mag deficiency. I have been using 1ml per liter of water - 4ml roughly per gallon. It is only 1 plant, the same which has had the same cal-mag issue since early veg.
I include cal-mag every watering and nutrient feed day.

Brown spots, PH in run-off is in the high end (6.5~)I see some brown spots on my leaves. I thought it was Calcium Deficiency caused by too low PH so I gave them PH 6.5~ with 30% run-off, and run-off shows at least the same PH so I think it is not too low PH, could it be caused by something else? Maybe too high PH or light-stress?

Possible manganese deficiency?I fixed some previous issues and have not been feeding my plants. They are in peat and worm castings and pearlite. About 6.6ph soil, watering with 6.5-6.6 water. I am going to water with nutrients again to see if that helps just want to hear another opinion.

I water with 50% distilled and 50% rain OR 50% distilled and 50% tap. I have fed once with Grow Big and it happened right after. Might have rubbed nozzle on the underside of the leaves. I water every 2-3 days and water until drop of runoff appears in tray. How much runoff?
