I does look like Black Aphids. My outdoor grows I like to use Neem Oil during veg to spray to keep bugs like this away. Once they flower it’s really hard to fight off bugs with any sort of sprays. I see a lot of people having success with companion crops beside your plants that the bugs go to that plant rather than mess with your precious little girls. I’ve never done this but I think I might try this year. Hope this helps.
