thrips during flower?

Hi - newbie here. I noticed that my Autoflower grow has been going OK, Leave development is OK. But my concern is height of the plants. They seem to be growing out and not up! Not sure if this is normal at this stage? Two weeks in thus far.

White dots = Spider Mites?!Spotted these little white dots on one leaf and now petrified I have Spider Mites! Checked all 4 plants and leaves look clear (see picture of the underside of affected leaf). What else could it be (if anything) please?!

Centipedes? Good or bad? I’ve just spotted and lost one roaming the tent, I’ve heard they can be good as they don’t feed off the plant and can help with gnats thrips etc. What do you guys think? Anyone have any experience with this? Many thanks!

Do you guys know any tricks to get my plant to grow taller? Goal is to increase space in between nodes. I've tried raising the LEDs to 30 inches for a few days. Also tried leaving it in complete darkness for 24 hours.

Origin and Mitigation of Springtails? in a well cleaned and active in and out air with filters on each side prevention help.I experimented with flowering in one gallon pots of coco and perlite. I see a lot of spring tails show up when i water. I have never seen this in my grows, I clean my grow area before a new grow. I used fresh coco and perlite. Where did they come from? how do i prevent this?

Root Mites vs Predatory MitesHello my friend and fellow grower =) My Problem is ive got root mites in my pots, i have already ordered some predatory mites, 25k. How many weeks left? AutoIs it too soon to flush it? It's on week 12 and I was supposed to harvest 3 weeks ago. This week the stigmas were getting brown so I flushed it. Is it premature? How many weeks do you think I have left? It's got spider mites problems but I'm fighting every day. Thank you! 😘
