thrips during flower?

Can this be caused by thrips or am I just panicking?
If so, how can I deal with them during flower?

I think its small but its a dwarf so maby, its about 20 cm
Sprouted the 26th november.
Growed quick? Im not shure, but it seems to enjoy the envirement. Added some nutriz to it

The holy punch is supposed to be an indica dom but seems to be growing more like a sativa while the power flower is a sativa dom that seems to be growing more like a indica. not sure if thats gunna cause any problems later or just how the plants wanted to growWeek 9

Possible spider mites?I can't get a good pic of it but I've found with loupe a couple black dots here and there one 1 plant. I'm not sure what it is. They aren't moving. What are these bugs?What are these bugs? I'm not sure if they're thrips or not. The plant is indoors in soil. They've just shown up in the last few days. They're not crawling all over the plants, mostly down at the soil level. I did see a couple on the stalk but they're not up in the leaves/buds.
