Hey there! Can this be caused by thrips or am I just panicking? If so, how can I deal with them during flower? Thanks for the help!

Difficulty identifying leaf problem - maybe it's insects?I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my plant. The cotyledons and lower fan leaves are getting irregular shiny patches varying in size underneath, with yellow spots directly above them on the top side.
