On my big one of the mystery seeds are a few yellow spots, can it be that this is from water from the watering yesterday? Or is it an other problem?

You could be lacking a little magnesium or your rootzone might be too acidic for the available magnesium to uptake. Test your runoff pH to see if your rootzone is out of range(5.5-6.5 coco, 6.0-7.0 soil).

Although getting nutrient water on your leaves during the daytime hours can burn them, that is not what I see here. I’m seeing two things. First it looks like your leaf tips are “clawing” down. This would indicate too much nitrogen. Second I’m seeing more yellowing happen in the leaves mid sections that is kind of strip looking at each notch which would indicate possible magnesium issues. I hope this helps.
