Hello. If you dry and cure the cannabis first, freezing it is a good way to store the cannabis. I find that when I freeze the cannabis it makes the stocks that hold the THC resin crystals too the leaf, brittle. So don't handle it too much after it comes out of the freezer and you should be fine. It might be better to freeze the dried cannabis in mason jars so the buds don't get their THC knocked off in the plastic bags. That's why they freeze it before making hash or kief, the THC crystals fall off easier. Chuck.

It should be fine. But it won't be good for smoking. This is something people do when making hash, they vac seal the bud fresh. no dry no cure. then they process it at a later date. You could in theory let it thaw out and dry it then smoke it. it might do a mini cure in the freezer but I don't think its a great idea. Good Luck!

Fresh as in not dried yet? It will only be useful for extracts but would be OK. Fresh material is how "live resin" is produced. If you want it to smoke I probably wouldn't freeze it, especially not fresh.
