If I would plant my feminized seeds early but keep them inside for the frost, would this be benefitial? I know the importance of a good start within a autoflower, but is this the same for feminized or do they always recover without growth stunt?

Feminized only refer to the potential sex of the plant not its genetics like if its an autoflower or photoperiod plant. If you are referring to photoperiods, frem or reg does not matter, they can be started indoors easily and transplanted outdoors when all risk of frost is gone, I would look up something called hardening off as if you don't do this they could take a lot of shock and take a while before recovering outdoors. Also good to have them under a grow light to keep em strong and short or they may stretch so much their structure becomes an issue. Good Luck!
