the auto spam filter is doing it. No web links and no decimal points between words. eg www . facebook . com or Mr . Popular
If you space it out it works. or replace the period/decimal . with a comma ,
DM bans are different from the rest of the site. but you can get bans all across the board if you keep tripping the anti spam filter.

@mOuse the block was lifted and I sent two messages, none had any points, no links, nothing. And again I'm blocked for 7 hours. They don't want me interacting with others 😔

Has anyone had the same issue? Is it normal and safe to use?
I purchased this bottle about 2 months ago and maybe used it 2-3 times. The bottle was stored in an air-conditioned indoor space with no direct sun exposure.
