Missing Cotyledon Came home from work and 1/2 of one of my cotyledons is missing! Do you think this plant will still survive/produce? I’m doing an outdoor grow so I expected pests but did not expect them this early in seedling/early veg. Should I spray with neem oil this early??

Alright peeps, here's one for you. Still don't know what it is. Pictures attached to Week 9, Veg. This has been occurring since week 3. There has been NO spread, it is always localized to only 1-2 leaf blades and she is not stunted at all (largest girl). Please PM for more info

Deficiency or toxicity Stems are really purple, leaf stalks and veins also purple. Something is up. Some leaves starting to show burn spots but not many. She's a bit down because she needs a feeding. Is this magnesium deficiency? Should I be upping my nutes at this point this late in veg end of W9?
