Please help me understand what is the matter because of what dry tips? At first I thought it was all because of the light! but the light raised high and reduced power to a minimum! then I thought that the fan was too strong but I put it so that it would blow into the wall

Firstly if you get a lux meter off eBay or Amazon() that will help you set the light height , secondly was that tip touching the pebbles or side ? You need EC , set with your Hydrogrow nutrients to +1.0 above base . It looks manageable, it will survive

Look at my Grand Daddy Purple diary Veg Week 3. You will have issues, but as long as you make everything what it should be (light height, nutrients, humidity, etc) everything will be fine. You changed your res. Good! Now bring your light down to the right level and let your plant heal. Check to make sure you don't have any root rot. Other than that, let her do her thing. Don't freak out and start changing everything, you'll just create more problems.

If you haven't changed your res in over a week, start there. In the meantime, move your light back down to the appropriate level and up to the proper power output. Don't change too much when fixing small problems, you'll just make more problems.

What's your humidity and temps? Are you in hydro, coco or soil?

Things dont look to bad maybe rubbing on the clay. But if you see things going array you may want to lower your temps of the water/food. Hydro is best run at 62 to 68° for max dissolved oxygen in the water. Roots can start to go slimy at the temps your running and can lead to all sorts of problems. Frozen water bottles in your rez can help reduce temps. Cheers

@wedontdeservedogs Bro I looked at this site https://www.growweedeasy.com/seedling-problems#nutrient-problems And I saw that I had symptoms similar to heat stress!! the jagged edges of the leaf curve upwards!

I don't know bro, I use an ec of 0.5/0.8 for seedlings and 1.1/1.3 for veg and 1.5/1.8 for flower and by now I didn't have any nutrient burn. Keep me informed I hope she will be ok

To me it looks like damage caused by the leaf tip hitting either the pebbles or the edge of the pot, most probably at night time when the leaves are lowered and when the fan blows on the plant. I do not think it is an issue with pH, EC, or nutrients, just plain old damage caused by rubbing/hitting something. It does not take much force to damage the leaf tips and I have seen this damage numerous times on young plants, notably on the lower leaves from hitting something when there is air movement and I don't think there is much to worry about either. Hope this helps,.......... Organoman.

@Albeginner420 my friend but if the pH drops it's the roots of the plant that lower it indicating that there is too much fertilizer! isn't that right?

If the ph go down u don't need to lower the ec but use a ph up.

So essentially what your seeing is nutrient burns. Odds are your mix is to strong for the stage of growth your in and that’s the culprit. I would adjust your feed to 1/4 strength and work your way back up to the recommended doses on the bottle. I say this because if you outright stop feeding your plant it may suffer further. Once you see that your new growth is coming out nice and green again with no burning tips you can start to increase the food regiment slowly. Remember that plants can’t absorb as much food early on as they can later on in their life cycle. Over all the plant looks healthy and with a few minor adjustments you’ll be back to rocking and rolling in no time. I hope this information helps. -The Projexx

when I raise the EC to 1, the pH begins to fall in a day from 6.2 to 5.3, it turns out that 1 EC is a lot for it, and I started to reduce the EC and until the pH stopped falling! I don't know maybe I really need to raise the EC

I think she's underfed, in veg stage she can handle ec between 1 and 1.5.
