Hey Growmie, Those tips are burnt ... I mean really burnt, so burnt I went and looked at your diary and you are overfeeding by a lot, You're even giving the plant grow still which you shouldn't be since the plant is in flower this is for veg. The leaves are also looking a little dark so there getting too much nitrogen. You can easily fix this by flushing the plant with ph balanced water so it can remove the excess nutrients and salts that have built up in the soil.
